What happens to my pet after cremation?
You may take the ashes home in a locally crafted urn, or have a memorial to your pet in our remembrance walk or gardens. You may choose to scatter the ashes at your pets favourite place they went on walks, such as the river or beach.
What happens if my pet dies over the weekend or early morning. Can you still help me?
Definitely. We operate an Emergency After Hours On Call Service weekdays, weekends and public holidays from 7am till 7pm. An after-hours service fee applies for collection from your home. Please leave your name and contact details if we are attending another call and you go to voice mail. We will return your call.
Do you have a collection service?
Yes, we can collect your pet from your home or vet.

Can I leave my pet’s favourite toy for burial or cremation?
Yes, a ball or special blanket would be suitable.
Can we come to the burial?
Yes, we encourage you and your family to be involved in planning and attending the service.
Can I be sure to receive only my pet's ashes after cremation?
We guarantee that you will receive only your pets ashes
and all of your pets ashes after cremation.
Our pet identification and tracking system ensures there are no mix-ups anywhere through out the process.
What happens if my pet dies at home?
We operate an emergency after hours service from 7am to 7pm, including week-ends and public holidays. Call us on 0747 513220. We will return your call and arrange collection or alternate options.
I do not live in Townsville. Can you still help me?
Of course. Our services extend to Mt Isa, Magnetic Island, Cloncurry, Charters Towers, The Burdekin, Bowen and Ingham, by arrangement with your veterinarian.
